‘Working days’ are Monday – Friday
Products in stock are dispatched Monday to Friday, this includes a cut off of 15:00 (GMT) for orders requested for Next Working Day delivery.
For example: (Order before 15:00 on a Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday)
Next day & weekend delivery options will only show for items that are currently in stock
As we do not open over the weekends, any next day services selected on weekends will be dispatched when we re-open on the following Monday.
The 15:00 cut off also applies to weekend deliveries (e.g. Order by 3:00pm on Friday for Saturday or Sunday delivery)
We make every effort to dispatch items as quickly as possible but due to cut off times from our couriers, we recommend you order before 15:00 to ensure the quickest possible dispatch. Any orders placed after 15:00 may be dispatched the next working day.
All transit times are estimates and subject to stock availability. Cox Motor Parts shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated transit time.

Delivery Overview
Cox Motor Parts offers a number of delivery options when ordering your parts. We also use a number of different couriers to provide you with different options for shipping costs and transit times. The contents of your order, your delivery postcode area and delivery country will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
When you add products to your shopping basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
If no shipping options are provided, please contact us by email at sales@coxmotorparts.co.uk as this means we will have to contact our network of couriers to obtain the best price for your shipping which will be based on the items in your cart.
We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Cox Motor Parts will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Cox Motor Parts shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Working Days are defined as Monday-Friday inclusive, this applies to both dispatch of items and delivery estimates.
Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
*Postcode restrictions apply – Whilst we try to offer the cheapest shipping to as many qualifying orders as possible, surcharges applied by couriers on certain postcodes mean this is not always possible.
International (Countries not in the EU)
Orders shipped outside the UK may incur additional import duties and custom charges.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be so please check your countries import fees prior to checking out.
Any fees levied are payable at your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Surcharges
Additional shipping charges (surcharge) may apply to large items for example trunk trays, dog guards, roof spoilers, roof racks, bumpers, body kits and batteries (due to their size and weight). The charge varies based on the size and weight of the item and is applied by couriers.
There may also be an Extended Area surcharge for customers outside the UK if your address falls within a remote area which is applied by couriers. We will contact you with surcharge information if this applies.

Damage Reporting
If there is visible damage to the parcel packaging when being delivered, we recommend you sign for it but do so as being in a damaged state. Some couriers may also give you the option to reject the delivery but this can vary.
If there is no visible damage to the parcel packaging, we still recommend you check for damage to the items inside as soon as possible as all damage must be reported within 24 hours.
This 24-hour period is in conjunction with the Damage Reporting procedures of our Courier Partners. Any damage claim received after the 24-hour period will be rejected.
